On the other hand, you see people who are born incomplete because there is no excess or digestion in other exercise methods. But Yogasana is not such an experience.


      The tendency to teach asanas in the place of many great men who meet and teach us asanas is very humble. They teach the learner how to be a health model. Only the desire to do good is the attitude of the asana teacher. The first step of spiritual enlightenment can be achieved through this asana. The concentration generated by a posture like Padmasana is extremely useful. The effective concentration of the Guru is to study as instructed by the Guru.
